Lilia Sinclair
Lilia Sinclair was born and brought up in Argyll and opened Heaven in May 2004. After running Cut Above salon for years and teaching aerobics at the local sports centre Lilia went to Glasgow to manage Toni & Guy. After 1 year became the salon coordinator for Scotland and went round all the
salons identifying strengths and weaknesses then creating solutions and training plans.
| 5 years ago Lilia studied a clinical diploma in nutritional healing. Discovering that there was more to staying healthy and slim than just knowing what to do led her to Arizona to learn the Sedona Method. Most people know what is bad for them but seem
unable to make changes. This is |
 |
| because we have programmed learned behaviours and limiting beliefs in the subconscious mind. |
This simple yet elegant technique allows you to let go of stress and limitation instantly. Combining the Sedona method with nutrition, powerplate training, skin care, make up, clothes and accessories we truly have a holistic way to help you Look good and feel great.
I wanted to bring city standards to Argyll to save people having to go to Glasgow to get a top rated cut and colour. Passionate about health I wanted way more than just a salon.
I wanted fitness, nutrition and therapies. Over the last 5 years the concept has evolved and although we are still strong on hair we now provide a variety of services to help you look good and feel great.
We have a wealth of amazing therapists in Argyll. Most people don't even know what some therapies are. We like to educate them and lead them to the best person for them to see. |
